Corporate Reservations Are Becoming Autonomous
Corporate reservations are among the most operationally complex workflows in hospitality. This month's release expands Una's capabilities inside Apaleo with support for negotiated corporate rates, multi-room bookings, group payments, guarantee-aware payment logic, automatic cancellation of unpaid reservations, and voice and email reservations. Together, these updates allow hotels to automate a larger portion of the reservation lifecycle while continuing to follow each property's existing business rules.
