Email Address

You must send the request from the same email address associated with your Polydom account or booking. Requests from unverified email addresses will be rejected for security reasons.

Body of the Email

Please copy and paste the following template into your email and fill in the details:

• Full Name: [Enter your name]
• Residency / Location: [e.g., California, EU/UK, Other] (This helps us determine the specific regulations that apply to your request).
• Request Details: [Optional: Add any specific details about what you are looking for].

Security Notice

Warning: For your protection, do not attach copies of government-issued IDs (passports, driver's licenses) or credit card details to your email. If we require further identity verification, we will contact you via a secure method.

What Happens Next?

We will acknowledge receipt of your request and aim to respond within the statutory timeframe (typically 30 days under GDPR).
